This study constitutes the first version of the Report on the learning quality assessment (Deliverable
2.2), output of Task 2.4 of RE-INTEGRATE (Quality assessment of knowledge sharing). It focuses on
decolonial thinking as one key aspect that impacts the quality of learning in capacity development
programmes across the AU-EU axis.
