The RE-INTEGRATE team has collected and summarized existing energy policies from the 8 AU RE-INTEGRATE member countries: Ethiopia, DR Congo, Kenya, Mauritius, Senegal, South Africa, Tunisia, and Zambia. Additional data have also been summarized including different energy targets such as RE generation in the electricity mix, hydrogen strategy, clean cooking and electrification strategies and targets, and a set of existing, planned, and underdevelopment energy projects in each country. A comprehensive report on the parallelism between existing policies in the AU countries and the EU policies is under elaboration. The report is expected to be submitted as a review paper to a journal for publication after the internal review is completed.
